I just was looking on CL tonight and a guy was selling street fighter and mortal kombat arcade games like this. I'm seriously considering the MK one, pretty sure I've played them all starting as a kid up until now.

They are awesome to have until the screen goes out or the motherboard. A screen is like $500 if I'm not mistaken. I had blitz from I think 96 or 97. Plate the hell out of it!!

That is a Midway cabinet with a 25" monitor in it. They don't make the CRT monitors anymore and you would have to get a 26" LCD to replace. But you should be fine.

The PCB uses a standard JAMMA harness, so with some research and digging around, you can buy other PCB's for other games and put in there.
