how much would a 2001 pontiac trans am 6 speed with 65,000 miles be worth? Its stock except for k&n cai, mufflers and some aftermarket clutch.

Non-WS6 = $11-13k

WS6 = $13-16k

I just picked up a clean 01 White WS6 6spd with 110k for $8k

Not with 65k miles and if it's clean. You won't get that on craigsjunklist.com, but on autotrader you will get that all day long.

The vagueness of the question kill me

How much is it worth, or how much should you ask for it are two completely different questions.

It's worth as much as some one is willing to pay for it and how fast you want to sell it.

Agree with the others, those prices are out of the ballpark. As far as Autotrader, dealers will ask for some crazy prices, NADA or KBB be damned. People selling on the site who are not delaers are more realistic. Even then, what they ask and what they get is probably different, including the dealers. $10k-12$k is more realistic.
