I just need my efans to turn on at 185 instead of 160. Anyone local that can do it for something reasonable? Thanks!

Any particular reason you want to raise the threshold for the fans?

 

They kick on at 160, same as the thermostat. So they are always on once the vehicle is up to temp.

but, you got a 160* stat for a reason. you go off letting the motor get hotter and then you may have to pull a little timing, depending how aggressive you have it set. There's no performance advantage to that. on the other hand, when you're moving, the motor is still gonna stay cool as the thermostat will allow. 226* and 234* are the normal average low and high speed thresholds in case you were wondering.
