I thought it was cool that it hit Houston. It hasn't snowed here in about 10 years or more. I can't believe it went all the way down to south Texas too! awesome

Pearland is covered in the white stuff. Everyone be careful on the roads! Remember no matter how safe you are, there are always other people who aren't as smart.

Everyone had a blast in the snow tonight, it was kinda cool watching a bunch of Texans get to play and have a snowball fight The only bad part was the drive home -- we went from Deer Park to Katy (just got home 10 mins ago). There was a wreck nearly every overpass. Folks down here don't have any experience driving in this stuff, and panic when they feel the car get light on the bridges and overpasses.

I had about 3 inches of snow on my car when i got home.
Nice change, but dont welcome it on a regular basis. Ironicly it was on christmas eve. Good feeling , seems like mother nature is blessing us.

i dont think the border towns ever get snow. we got about 6" of snow all night. Victoria got about 6-12" of snow. we are used to 70 degree christmas days, this is just a beautiful. Corpus hasnt had major snow fall(more than 2" ) since the late 1800s, this just made christmas that much sweeter.
