It was a tundra, and it looked worse than mine, we both drove away and nobody was hurt.

That sucks, the reason for asking was, which I am sure u would have thought about it, if he didn' t need to repair his car, and you only had to do your own then use the $1000 and pay to fix your own vehicle.

Man I feel your pain, sorry about the damage, at least is wasnt' that bad, and it can be fixed, and everyone was okay, could have been worse

Was the car "jerking violently" when you hit the guy or is that issue resolved?

The car has already been estimated. They will be buying me a new Suncoast hood, and boxing the other one up for me(hint,Hint free hood)and the fenders will be replaced along with the rest of the front end and new paint, which i needed any how...the insurance adjuster said if it is on the car it broken, it will be fixed, after market or not.
Really cool guys at Gunn collision, and they were pretty professional. The total cost is upwards of 5 g's or some crazy ****.
It wasn't jerking at the time, but i was on the way to buy new 02's when it happened. The only bad thing is,there goes my cam package and yella terra's with 4:10's
Nitrous?
I had to take the bottle out so they wouldnt steal it....
USAA is my insurance.

Wow, that's surprising. If they act the same way on policies with lower deductibles ($1000, ouch! ), I might be interested in USAA... edit: never mind, didn't realize it's just for people in the military.
