So I went to BW3's tonight to have a couple of drinks with a friend, and i had 2 drinks. I get in my car, start it up and start driving, and i rev it a little (open electric cutout) I'm trying to leave the parking lot and there is this suburban in front of me stopped on the side of the main drive so i go to pass him and he yells at me and i realize its a HPD cop and he says stop right there. I'm like **** he gets out and says is there any reason why your car is so ******* loud and I say it has exhaust. So he says I have a state trooper buddy that loves to get loud cars, and he gets on his radio and says "bla bla i have a punk that thinks his ("V6") is all loud and fast can you come down here". And sure enough steps out BLACK KNIGHT I'm like ****. So he ask me have you been drinking and i said yes i had 1 (not really) so he says step out of the car put your hands down to your side and follow my pen so i did and he told his buddies "he passed". So I get back in my car and I hear them talking behind me and they are saying I bet he has a V6 I just laugh. Then one of the cops come up to me and says "be honest with me does this thing have a V6 or V8 I said V8 and he says i bet i can out-run you anyday because i have a "CHIP" I just laugh at him what a *** so they let me go. Now isn't that a bunch of **** what a bunch of **** i bet it has a V6.

Just one thing............ALWAYS say NO when they ask you whether you've been drinking or not. Even if you've had 10 drinks, always say no. Technically, they can give you a DWI just for having 1 drink.

The black knight is Standifer, a cop who patrols 1960 looks for loud exhuast and other things on cars that he is jealous about, never had the pleasure of meeting him though.

Yeah dude don't blow or submit to any test especially in front of their cruiser because its all on camera. Tell them I want my attorney present, so yeah they are most likely going to arrest you but by the time your tested for BAC, (just never test) you probably will have sobered up-hopefully. I personally never tested and they had no proof of DWI so I got of with a PI. Look for the loop holes. They going to saya bunch of ****, you know the scare tactics just tell them

 

yea i know they were probally ******* with me it was great though and my car is pretty loud with the 4000 stall in it but once he told me to turn the car off I closed the cutout and then when i left it was all quiet
