well, a friend and i both own fbodys and we both love to race em. of course since we are guys, we like to race each other to see whos car is better. most of the times when we race, he beats me, but there have been times where i have beat him. we may start off side by side, but for some reason, he always ends up leavin me during and after every gear. but its like he wins 90% of them and i only win 10%. well his SS is a factory SLP SS. the only things he has done to his camaro are pulley,k&n filter and magnaflow muffler. my question is what do i have to do so i can finally beat him without struggling to hold on. my mods are slp lid, k&n filter, cutout, and flowmaster muffler. lately ive been having trouble with my tranny but im gettin that fixed pretty soon. any suggestions? any advise will help, and will be greatly appreciated. Get an SLP dual dual catback or Hooker, swap for an LS6 intake and port your throttle body. Glad to see you have a torque converter on your list. Yank it, and get off quicker!

Free ram air mod(under the air filter cut out the opening, throttle body grind to open it all the way, egr tube cut off that goes down into the intake opening, throttlebody bypass that circulates water through it.
