Default Longhorn fans are awefully quit in here...

Sucks they lossed. Im not real big into the low down of college footbal but from what I hear, that new freshman QB sucked ***..
And also, how does the rating system work? How does UT move from #2 to #8 and how did USC move from #2 last year to #4 this year?

stats are based on numerical logic, perceived potential, expert opinions, ratings, numbers from the past few weeks, as well as numbers generated against playing against good team vs a weak team, etc...

I cant watch videos at work, so I dont know what play that is.

But, for the most part, the game was closer than the score showed. I guess I mean, the Longhorns didnt play like complete ****. The Buckeyes were the better team, no doubt, but the Horns moved the ball, just couldnt finish anything.

I think they need to redesign the offense if Colt McCoy is gonna keep playing, he just doesnt seem like an option QB.

The more I think about the game, the more I think Greg Davis is getting exposed again as a sub-par offensive coordinator. Vince Young was only successful when Davis finally got out of the way and let Vince be Vince. Now that UT doesn't have that kind of a weapon at QB and he actually has to come up with a real gameplan, they looked unsure of themselves and tentative. I seem to remember myself and many other UT fans calling for Davis' head after losing to OU again in 2004, but then all was forgiven as they didn't lose again until last weekend. I don't think it's time to start clamoring for Davis to be fired, but I think he needs to be under a fair amount of scrutiny.

It looked like they wouldn't let Colt do much of anything besides running plays. They played too cautiously. They really looked scared, especially Colt McCoy. I take that back, he just looked really nervous, but who wouldn't be? The Buckeye's played very well and Ginn/Gonzalez were great. They deserved the win, for sure.

Colt McCoy does not suck ***... that offense they played is set up for VY... They need to redesign, play more under the center type Offense.. Our running game is sick, our line is sick, and we have great recievers...

only thing mccoy lacked to do was look down field... many a plays that colt through to selvin or charles, sweed was WIDE open

we will make changes and win more games, plain and simple
