best place for subframe connector install?

I ordered my 3 point UMI's .... where in Houston area is the best for an install?

MTI did mine and welded them in. This was 5yr ago, no problems. Dariyashford and westhimer area.

live in an apartment complex, don't have jackstands, nor do I have a cheap little mig welder.

not to mention...

suspension needs to be loaded, so jackstands are out
it'd cost me just as much to get the welder, plus loads of time to practice welding
i don't know how to weld anything

Well I would'nt listen to this guy.I have seen some funny stuff happen when people put sub frames on this way. I had a friend that did this and his doors would'nt shut after he welded them on. think about it when you jack a car up in the air it tweeks the body of the car.Then you weld the car in place you have a fucked car. take it to H.P.E.,Icon auto sports, someone who knows what they are doing.save yourself a lot of bullshit.
