I got all of my stereo stuff at least 50% off from ebay. All of it was brand new, never had a problem.

I did the same thing myself. I bought both my jl amps, and mids/highs off of ebay! Saved about $500-$600

Is Ebay really a safe place to buy these kind of products, especially being so expensive? I've never purchased, but have sold plenty. What about the head unit, components, and coaxles I mentioned? I'm sure I could find them on Ebay as well, but there again, I'm "iffy" on buying off of there.

How many of you have had good luck buying audio equipment off of Ebay and pricey at that? Prices are really good, but you know what they say, sometimes its just too good to be true.

Tower auto plex liberty,tx....i got 3 10 w6v2 for 250 a piece.....with a 2 year warrenty...also a jl cleansweep and xm radio....goto tweeter and there 400 each......(936) 334-9100.....ask for alex...tell him ben with the red camaro told you.....they are the only ones i deal with......and there only 4 blocks from my house so that helps

That's a good price on the subs as they usually go for $400 regularly. I'm not looking for a cleansweep as I don't want to use my factory headunit. I want to upgrade to a Alpine IVA-W200. Do you happen to know the prices on the 10W3s? Do they have a website? Are the prices viewable online if they even have a website or is it something you'll have to do by phone?

I'd prefer to purchase local because if anything were to happen to any of the equipment, I don't want to worry about having to ship.

no website i would just call them......they also carry alpine.........i dont know the price for the w3..i would guess between 150-200.....i went in there last week he had 4 10w3s in his sound room

avengedws6, just curious, where/how do you get those prices? The price on the head unit and amp is pretty good. Car Toys has the 10W3s on sale right now for $169 which isn't bad for their store and high prices. How much can you get the 300/4 for?
