I have seen the threads with recommended shops but I have no clue where they are. Gonna be in Fort Worth today and I would like to run by a shop or 2 to ask some questions like how much for a gear install type things...I will be traveling from Waxahachie. Where is Arlington Motorsports and other good shops.

Not sure what you have in mind for work, but coming up 287 to I-20W You could stop by SimpleQuick Racing.
I-20W to Winscott. Make a right on Winscott. Go down the street about 1/4 mile and make a right on the street just before the railroad tracks. They are on the back side of the shopping center on your left in the first two doors there.

P0154 NO ACTIVITY WITH BANK 2 SENSOR 1.
I am going to have to trace the wires and find which ones bad between the pcm and the sensor. As soon as i get a break from work i am going to pull the extension off first and check it. Then i am going to have to check the wires between the pcm and the extension if that falls through.
I hope it's the extension cause thats easy and i can do the work off the car other wise i am going to be cutting soldering under the hood if i can find the dead link.
Heres a pic of where i really think the problem is though.
in that bundle of wires there are the 4 wires to the 02 and the wires to the starter. The wires running out of it just before they reach the header is the rear 02 wires which is stuff up behind the computer and had a hald melted cat sim on it. I have a pcm now no i pulled the sim out. I was thinking originally the previous owner swapped the plugs but i don't think that anymore. I just think i have a bad connection somehwere.
Off to fort worth. Talk soon...Thanks

Definitly. Got a tour of the shop and talked to em for about an hour about the car and goals and plans. Gonna get them to install some 4.10 mikronite gears in the rear, a driveshaft safety loop, and an eldebrock torqu arm. Talking to them about the opti gonna see how the beast Impala does with the MSd then i may convert. If that doesn't work then swapping to the coil pack system.

SQR is busy all the time. If they don't answer the phone it's because they are working on cars. If your car was there would you rather have them talking on the phone or working on a car? Stop by the shop and get things setup.

i did stop by the shop it's 50 miles away so just running over there isn't the thing to do for me. I have called and I have talked to the wife/girlfriend 3 times and left 2 messages. And I understand completly about them needing to work on the cars but to not return calls in 2 weeks is bs and inexcusible. They don't want to work on my car and thats fine. I'll find someone else. I am paitent and understanding but thats rediculous. The first time i called her she called back 30minutes later and said she would call me the next day. Never heard back. Next time I called left a message with her and never heard back. 2 days ago i called asked her when i would hear back she said before 5 and never heard back...They may be good and they seem like nice people but if they can't return numerous calls to get some decent amount of work why would I want them working on my car.
I'll try searching for TRT and see what comes up.
