I was turning out of UH onto the feeder to go south, just accelerating up the frontage road hump before the on-ramp and two of 'em were waiting on the other side. I was only going 54...apparently the limit was 40. The cop ran out in the middle of the damn road to stop me...he should be glad I didn't hit him! He walked up to the my window told me the deal and gave me the ticket. I drove back around to see if it was really 40...because that's **** *** slow when you're about to get on the highway...it was...and I saw they'd nabbed two other cars.
Damn cop traps. I swear.

It's two flips these days, but your man will be upset at least I would be. I'd rather pay than my wife to flirt, Homie doesn't play that

Depends what district, my brother in law is DPS in the Austin area. I throw his name around every now and then but normally my drivers license pic with my uniform on normally gets me through. A little trick I learned at FT Hood back in 97. Most cops were prior military

That's why my drivers license has me in my acu's because I don't even have to whip it out, the first question is?

My first was creating a roostertail of dust while driving on the shoulder of the road to make a right at the next intersection. Cop was pretty cool, but still gave me the ticket.

*knock wood*, I've had my car almost a year now and haven't gotten my first ticket in it yet.

That's what I like about the rule "Speeding but with the flow of traffic", if the average speed around me is 80 MPH on the way to work in the morning (in the left land of course), that's what I do! But if it's like a Saturday morning and I'm working OT and I'm on the road at 6am, I Slow it down and put the cruise control (my personal savior) on 70.

I think I was saved by the pewter color yesterday...I exited the beltway still going 65-70, passed the cop with radar gun. Speed limit is 50 and he got a car that I passed!

That is a very common speed trap. Definitely be on a look out going over that hill...I would definitely not go over 40 as I see them there probably 2-3 times a month.

Be Safe!
