I'm already down a complete pants size and can tell an obvious difference in the mirror. Plus, I just feel a whole lot better.

I also gave up coke, im not catholic but my gf is so i did it to support her, but yesterday i drank 3 cans in like 10 minutes! i feel a whole lot better now that i dont drink it as much, it taste like syrup to me now. i also cut back on junk/fast food. ive noticed some improvemnt, but nothing radical. maybe dropped 5lbs and some of my clothes do fit better, but im not where i want to be. WHAT THE ****! i work out occasionally an ive been taking vitamins and diet pills but its not working so great i think ima have to either work out A LOT more or get serious with the diet! Well that was unexpected

Fast food, and cheeseburgers from anywhere.
Lost a few pounds. Had some Sonic on the road back from the ranch and it was tasty, but I couldn't eat a lot of it.
I basically lived on Dr. Pepper, which the wife gave up on top of fast food.
I am going to go to Beck's Prime soon. That will be great.
Nice work btw, Obsession.

I went from 220 to 200 this way (around 19 days), then realized it probably wasn't the best thing for me. Since then I have been eating like I always had, with a little less and little better foods on most days, even drinking coke ocassionally. Now I'm down to about 193 or so, but I don't even consider myself dieting.
My clothes definatly fit better. I got to where Large shirts were getting tight and convinced myself I had to do something lol. The problem started when I started co-op'ing as an engineer. We'd go out to lunch every single day to Chili's, Applebee's, BWW's, etc.
It's hard to get motivated when you're not on the prowl for women anymore.
