Default Outstanding LMR experience with some unexpected customer service....

I took my car in this morning for some rear end work. I picked it up and left their shop around 6:20. On the way home my car died. My fuel pump fuse blew twice! On a whim I called LMR hoping they were still there. Stephen answered and brought me an 8MM wrench. I opened (smelled burn motor)the fuel tank and looked the wires, they appear to have been getting too hot (shorting out basically). I separated them, Closed up and replaced the fuse. It did not blow but I still had no fuel pressure. So Stephen called Josh and he towed me back to their shop. Then Stephen drove me out to Katy.

OVER AND ABOVE GUYS. Thanks to the LMR crew……

Study: Customer Service Boosts Stock Price
A study published in January 2006 in Journal of Marketing: "It is possible to beat the market consistently by investing in forms that do well on the ACSI [American Customer Satisfaction Index." Consumerist, which has a pdf copy of the article, explains, "Companies at the top 20% of the the American Customer Satisfaction Index greatly outperformed the the stock market, generating a 40% return."

When is the IPO?

No problem Patrick. I have two new fuel pumps on the way and we will re-wire your sending unit for you.

Great to hear. Its nice to know that a new reputable shop has opened up. I have known Steven for a while and when I heard he was opening a shop I was quite surprised. It is great to hear and I hope that things go well for Steven and Josh. Owning a performance shop is definitely a gamble but with great customer service and good feedback it makes things go alot smoother.
