Tell them the light was stuck on red..What do they expect you to do, sit there all day??? I always get stuck at red lights late at night that gets stuck so I always end up running them..Theres no proof the light was or wasnt stuck

It's not the police that do the red light cameras, it's a company. The absolute worse that could happen if you ignore it, it will go on your credit as a collection. You can fight it though, no picture of you driving it = no case.
In court, you have to prove two things beyond a reasonable doubt. One, that a law had been broken. Two, that YOU committed the crime. They can prove the first.

You're hosed. How do I know? I got one.
1. Check the web link they give you, they have you on video. (I laughed my *** off when I saw myself run the light)
2. They have your speed entering and leaving the intersection. Math proves you ran it, even with only a pic.
3. I called David Sprecher's office, they said "just pay it, there's really nothing you can do."
People should do a little more research before giving advice and spouting off. Just pay it soon or it goes up.
In time, people may figure out a way out of these but I don't see how.

YOU are responsible for your vehicle and who you let drive it though. So, your point is pointless. Keep in mind that the ticket for running a red light is usually the most expensive ticket there is, in the $300-450 range.
I'd pay the $75 and be glad it was only $75.

Don't run red lights. I almost was killed by someone running a red light. Wait a minute I did die. He hit me on my side at 50mph. I never even saw it coming.

Little advice. Whenever you come to a red light look up. If there is a white camera mounted to each light at the intersection big brother is watching/taping you. These tickets don't even go on your driving record, I'd just pay it. That's how they intended it to work, basically be a deterrent for $.

Well why I agree with John that it was BS I would just pay it also seems like a lot of trouble for $75 a lawyer will cost more and so will your time to fight it even if you win. I know where he is talking about and depending on how fast he rolled through it would be a big factor in his case though.
