had a mishap with a 93 z28 a few weeks ago . a car in front of me kicked up a loose metal rod while i was driving home. the piece of metal went thru and tore a 6 inch gash in my bumper. so being that the hood needed paint and the bumper was ruined . i took the car in and had it completely redone. decided to do a few small things while i was into it. shaved the antenna ,shaved the camaro lettering on the tailpanel , fender tab removal ,taillight tinting and body colored mirrors and door handles. the car however isnt 100% yet so ill post progress pics as i go.

Awesome Joe.. Also how are you pointing it? I noticed you have part of the hood taped off.

 

the hood needed a lil more work so its temporarily taped off. harwoods gelcoat has a few defects . however thatll be corrected tommorow! the roof is also getting reshot. it was hard deciding whether to go body color or to go black. in the end i went with black.!

I cant wait to see it all together. I have been waiting a good amount of time to see this. I guess i just need to get my harwood for christmas and get it painted along with my mirrors and we will have the same car except for the antenna. I already have the camaro on the rear panel shaved and it looks great.

 

thanks man! i cant wait to see the complete finished product. i spent 2 weeks prepping the car and getting it ready for this. only work i didnt do was shoot the paint. everything else was done myself!

 

i personally like the black top mirros and handles...but paint looks great sofar...

 

I would love to learn how to do body work but that will have to wait till after highschool. Great job on everything.
