Your not gonna find many homes, if any renting for less then $1400 in Cypress, Maybe in Cy-Fair. I plan on renting mine out on down the road for 1400-1600 and its 2200sq ft 3bdrm 2.5 bath that backs up to a greenbelt.

What neighborhood is that Cypress Mills? If you get to the point where you wanna go thru an agent shoot me a PM and Ill set you up with a local one that is awesome around this area and has taken care of my whole family.

the house is for lease/purchase aka lease option aka rent to own, etc
the price listed is the lease price. the sale price will depend on the other terms of the deal. If you want to buy a nice house but you need a bit of time to clean up your credit you can put down a deposit and lease the house with the option to buy it at xxx date for xxx price.
