I know there is a forum for this on seat stays up, but I need a quick answer. My roommates gf just bought it for him. But it seems like we cant do anything multiplayer that is an actual mission? is this how it is ?

i know when you get your rank up you open up different types of multiplayer games.

If your speaking about COD4 online mode this isn't true. You unlock different weapons and "perks" as you rank up. All the maps and game modes are the same no matter what your rank.

For the computer it rocks. But I read they were already preparing COD5.
They mentioned the lack of multiplayer in COD4.

I have been bored to hell with online FPS later.
they all seem to not do what they use to do for me.

I hated source since they only upgaded regular counterstrike. I stopped playing counterstrike because it got boring, then the release a better looking counterstrike.

if your speaking of the PS3 version, this is not true, you unlock different multiplayer game modes, weapons, parks and the ability to create your own setups going into a match. when I was a lower rank, I could only do 3 different style matches, one of them is everyone against everyone, the other two are both team match types and one is where you can have a party and the other is random team. there are still about 10 game modes i have yet to unlock because they are greyed out. dont make me snap a picture.



i recently unlocked a couple others like Big Game mode, where its the same as the team one just more people and more points needed to win.

He's talking about an online co-op on the story mode. The other modes you get for the multiplayer is the same for PS3 or the 360.

yea dont think there is a co-op but you dont have access to all modes when you first start.

^^ havent tried it but the first one sucked IMO, I like COD4, if you guys want a really great game (if your PS3 of course) get Metal Gear Solid 4, watch the video, that game is sick. Buildings crumble and all kinds of ****.
