ok, he said he didn't scam anyone, and he didn't mean to type textralia, but he meant to type it was like a textralia, but the private messages don't lie! I just spent the better part of 2 hours copying and pasting every private message between me and him since i sent the money to him. And this was in one of his private messages where he didn't mean it was a textralia clutch!

i knw man and im sorry it seems weird. but here is how it works. the Textralia clutch before it gets stamped and sent off is made in dallas tx (20 mins from my house). which is only one of a few places that manufactor them besides australia. i bought them at wholesale with around a dozen of them. then i purchase the ram billet flywheels at wholesale. IT IS 100 % a textralia clutch. organic material and all. but no stamp.

I will back up every aspect of this clutch. and its power capacity. if u have any problems what so ever, i am here to work with you.

I talked to him last night and he said my MAF will go out today. I talked to his mom earlier that night and she seemed concerned about what was going on.

If I don't get it in a few days I will bug the local authorities and the District attorney's office until I get an answer... It was just $40.. but I don't like the idea of being scammed so it's worth a few hours of my time.

Hey guys, I paid for a ls7 clutch from this guy. He told me he shipped it out a week ago. Have not recieved anything. My computer has ben down since last weekend, so I had no Idea that any of this was going on. If someone has all of is info and a phone number for him, could you please get that to me.

Yep guys he tried to get me too, luckily I was broke but here is a pm he sent me, was trying to sell me an "LS6 Style Slave" wonder if it was even LS6 and then he tried to sell me this "Textralia" clutch for $850. Damn thats alot of typo's dont you think? He lied and he knows he did it.

Everyone involved be careful. I think it may illegal to record someone in the state of Texas with out the other person's knowledge. I don't know what could void that but I'm sure there are certain situations. Just make sure you don't get into trouble.

Its not illegal as long as one party of the conversation knows about that call being recorded. The person doing the recording qualifies as that "one party". If you were to record a call between two other parties without either knowing of it, then that would be illegal.
