Make sure you shoot one first. They don't have a safety, so they use an extra long trigger pull to make up for it. Bought my girl a P-11 9mm because it was so small and she hates shooting it. She likes shooting my Glock 17 much more. For the price it's not a bad gun, you just have to get used to the super long trigger pull.

I guess that's why I was hoping someone in here had one, I would very much like to shoot one, I realize it won't be a target pistol by any means, but I have a number of other choices at my disposal for that. I am proficient enough with most any handgun, but have never messed with these little "mouseguns"

The PF-9 is supposed to do better at all the things people didn't like about the P-11, but we know how "newer" products can have their bugs. I know all the specs and marketing material for the PF-9, but I also wanted to hear some owner comments on reliability and quality of the Kel-Tec line if possible. The word is their customer service is amazing, but it seems like alot of their product line requires servicing which can be a pain in the ***.

My motivation is that I like the dimensions of the weapon for concealed carry, but if it sucks too much, then i certainly wouldn't want my life to depend on it. TIA

i considered getting a little 32 but started talking to people. from what i know kel-tec's have a lot of problems jambing. I don't know if it is all of the models though. One guy went on to call them a suicide gun because they are undependable.
