Houston Area Cruise Club I mentioned this on the Galveston/Kemah thread but wanted to create a new topic for this idea.
Who would be interested in being part of a club where we meet every 30 days for a cruise, and potential activities to various areas within 100 miles of Houston?
I was part of a club in Austin where we did this and was a lot of fun. Each month a new person will be responsible for designating the cruise location, map of drive, and and stops of interest. We would normally leave around 9am or so the day of and return around 7pm...or depending on the route.
I would also say that we leave the type of cars open to muscle cars/performance cars only...of any type.

A website would be cool from some nice, voluntary source....lol. Anybody else out these have any interest? Would like to plan one for late August.

i'm down, sounds like fun.
i didnt get to make the Galveston cuize, but i'm hoping to make the next one. i'm always down for cuizin with some other fast cars.

Throw out some sugggestions of cruise areas.....lets see who knows houston and say 100 miles around the city and can share some good ideas for a day run. Who has ideas?

what do yall think about meeting some where, cruise to some food, then cruise to the track?
just an idea. but i think anywhere we cruise we should get our grub on. or maybe we could cruise to kemah on a friday and chill at the meet down there.
i guess it all really depends on where everyone is located.
and are we going to invite other types of car, we could get a bigger crowd if we did. but if not thats cool to.

Good ideas, I had thought that we could invite other makes of cars just keeping them performance/muscle type cars. If you know of other local forums where you can put word out there, then lets do that. It would be nice to have up to 50 "members" so we could really put together nice trips.
