Neal its easy.

I spent 4000 in parts, and made all of that back selling my old parts lol.

wiring is very simple. Swap is a straight bolt on.

I was looking in to a speartech harness, I have seen a couple pull outs for sale. The car may also go to a TH350 at the same time.

Thats what I figured maybe $1500 more, I haven't really had to much issues from the LT1 in there now. Gotta see how fun it is on a 175 shot So the money for the swap could very well be used on a new daily driver...just kinda looking at options

not much to it. a few repinned connectors here n there, some -8an fuel lines a ls1 k member later and you have a car with plenty more potential!!!

Im sure the speartech harness makes things easier by just plugging right in, but if you're not intimidated by wiring, its quite straight forward. All of the wiring diagrams you need can be found on this site to modify a stock harness.

I'm going to have to replace this Blazer in a year or so, most likely with a truck. Cant have two payments, really cant have a payment on a toy with this one being paid for, makes sense to keep it and mess with it, rather then buying some thing and having a $30K car note.

Not that I condone the swapping (kinda partial to LT1s)... BUT.... I may have a lead on an LS1 k-member. A buddy of mine is pulling his to replace it with a tubular one... willing to bet he has no plans for his stock one.
