Default locked my keys inside my car

like the title says last night i was getting a jack from the back and i put my keys right behind the back seat and i already had my car locked and right when i shut the hatch back the horn honked once and thats when i relized that i left my keys inside so does anyone know how i can get back inside my car with out getting a new key?

slim jim or get a coat hanger you cna put it through the window between the window and the weather stripping and try to unlock it or pull the handel thats what i had to do

Try and get it to push the unlock button.


Or you could go with the popular brick thru window...

I Bent The Coat Hanger In A Loop A Couple Of Times And Got In At An Angel And Pulled The Door Handel And If That Doesnt Work I Got A Slim Jim And Just Pushed The Unlock Button

Pulling the door handle will not work when the car is locked...not on T/A's anyway.....try to hit the lock button,,,that is easiest....coathanger will/does work...I Know.

UPDATE: ok i got a yard stick wedge through the weather stripping and when i press the unlock butten it doesnt do anything but when i push the lock butten i can hear it locking. Iv done this on both sides of the car and it does the samething. So if anyone has any suggestions plz tell me

its very simple bro, if you go through the driverside youll see that on the back part of the glass, it just sits on top of the weatherstripping and put ur fingers throught there and just get the window to pull out by getting ur fingers up to the top of the glass.

not sure if i can get a pic at this moment but ill try

Here you go, angle sucks cuz I did it with my camera phone and + had nowhere to sit it but you get the idea. First part I show you where to put ur fingers to get the window off the seal, 2nd I show you where the window needs to pop out by the mirror, then i open it in less than 1 min.

So you cant unlock the car with the power locks? Wow, you might want to get that checked out.....

thanks mike for all of your help and for the vidoe but all im doing now is ******* up my weather stripping so im going to have to wait until monday to get another key cut
