yeah, i wouldn't either. stupid b|tches always bite people anyways. I voted to make the new reveille a bunnyrabbit. Not that it really fuqing matters... we aren't the A&M collies.

I was looking at the score during halftime, and was thinking, "why the hell are we up by 11 points and had less total offense than stAte?" Soon that caught up with us...I was very disappointed with the game saturday. This is my last season of being a student...and i really didn't want the season to start off this way. I knew ASU gave texas a close game last year and knew they would have a close game with us this year....i didn't want to see a 4th quarter lead dwindle to a 4 point loss.
It was nice seeing our QB run around in "a pocket" rather than optioning to the right and risking an injury...nice having both back-up QB's as wideouts....I know tannehill will be used as a wideout same with johnson...but sucks that ALL our QB's can get knocked out on ONE play.
I predicted a 6-7 win season when sherman came on....after this loss....i just don't know at all...me and the roomie went thru our schedule of "possible wins" and came up with 3....
UNM - unsure
miami - unsure
army - win
OSU - nope
ksu - unsure
ttu - nope
ISU - unsure
cu - win
ou - nope
BAYLOR - win
TEXAS - nope
away = caps
home = /caps
yeah....thats my doom and gloom predictions.
-jon
fwiw.....i wanted a bull mastiff for the new reveille

Jon, at this point the only "sure" win that I see is the Army game. Colorado should definitely not be assumed that that is going to be a gimme win, and you never know how Briles might have Baylor playing by the time that games rolls around. If I were an Aggie fan I'd be real concerned about the New Mexico game on Saturday. They're pretty tough at home.

Most definitely....UNM i have not overlooked, its a TV game and brings exposure to UNM.....i'm worried about every game this year....its just feels like that season. I just don't want to witness a 77-0 game

He got to a point of winning at least 6 games a season, and that wasn't what he was hired for....they(donors) wanted the next level...and it was a lateral hire and he never got to that next level....so fran was canned.
I've heard some grumbling after this past weekends games about how sherman will ruin McGee, & its too early to come to those conclusions.

With the 11th highest spending in the nation, I would hope that we would not be content with 6 wins.
I have more faith in Sherman and Co. as far as coaching is concerned... we just have some HUGE holes to fill.
