Where to get a screwdriver for this odd screw...
Basically the screw is shaped like a torx bit screwdriver end. Imagine cutting the torx bit end off of the screwdriver, and putting the flat side down so that the star portion is standing straight up. This is the type of screw I'm faced with and I need the proper screwdriver to remove it. Does anyone know what this type of screw or needed screwdriver is called?

If you only need them once or twice for this job, and they're not too tight, try some 12 point sockets, metric usually fits but sometimes standard is a little snugger. Usually does the trick for me
What exactly is it on? Optispark? Ignition switch?

Thanks for all the replies!
There are two of these used to secure and igntion switch to the steering column of my finace's Sunfire.
I got them out with a hemostat (having surgery tools can be handy at times ) However, I'm gonna need the actual bit to get the top one back in b/c there's not enough room to get it started for the last top bolt.
I believe Sears has them, I'll just borrow it for a few minutes in the parking lot.

Yep I had a feeling that's what you were going for. I always use a metric socket on that, I believe a 5 or 5.5mm works like a champ, I can't remember it's been a few weeks since I've had to take off a coloum cover.
