Default Good low-profile floor jack?

My old floor jack sprung a leak, so I am looking for inputs on a good quality, low profile floor jack that I can get.

Last summer I bought the Sunex 6602LP. Gets places where my last jack couldn't. But it's slooooooooow.

Seemed to be one of the most highly rated jacks at a price level I could handle. I don't know who really makes that jack, whether it is Sunex or somebody else, but it's rebranded all over the place, including Harbor Freight.

My 6-7 year old HF jack started leaking a few weeks ago. I unscrewed the cylinder and replaced the two o-rings.
Good as new.

I've had a Harbor Freight low profile Jack for about 10years. I've used it and so have my brothers. It's last very long and I definally got my money's worth.
Now, I want to buy the their new low profile extended reach jack. I just want it! No other reason. Lol

What’s the budget? I paid nearly 600 for mine and worth every penny. German brand you can get through Porsche sites. It is serious heavy duty and. Also like 24” of lift. I’m on my phone and can’t link it but google German made jack and Porsche forum and you should be able to find it.
Edit- it is an AC unit. Search for it. I’ve had it ten years. Not a single issue

I picked up this one about 4 years ago and it has been awesome! The top of the lift pad is only 2 5/8" tall. The body stays under 3" tall for most of its length, until it gets to the rear portion where its height increases quickly.
The lift height is 23 3/4"

This.

OP, get the Daytona brand. HF sells several different brands, this is the same jack Snap On use to sell.

I love that thing.

I use the Arcan 2-Ton Low-Profile Professional Service Floor Jack — Model# XL2TB.
I got it at Northern Tool several years ago. It's currently about $220.
https://www.northerntool.com/shop/to...4333_200514333
  • Lift Capacity: 2 tons (4,000lbs.)
  • Low lift height: 2 3/4in.
  • Max lift height: 24in.
  • 32in. extra-long chassis
  • Distance from the middle of the saddle to the angled portion of the lift arm is 16in.
It's low enough to fit under my 2000 TA sitting on Strano springs with stock size 275/40-17 wheels and tires, and is long enough to reach the front cross member from the front of the car. I can't quite reach the rear diff from the back of the car without lowering the jacking handle, but it's close. I also like the little touches, like it comes with a long enough jack handle to use standing up and the jack handle comes with padding to keep it from scratching your paint. I'm very pleased with how it's performed over the years.

I've had the same one for around a decade.

I love that thing.

I went to the mall with my wife today and got bored quickly. HF was right down the street.
I saw those Daytona jacks and the one 383z posted a pic of. They looked nice and weren't a lot of $$$.

Harbor freight low profile jack for 5-6 years and used it on my lifted 1994 K1500 truck, 1999 Camaro, ZX9R street bike, ZTR Exmark mower and no problems.

Best $80 I ever spent!
