Looked through this whole thread and I must say that some of these garages are quite impressive. I'm jealous.

Default 24 x 32 Attached Garage

I wanted to add a single bay to the existing garage, but the wife got involved and I ended up with a 24x32 garage with room for a Mohawk lift.

I should have gone bigger!!!!!

Well heres mine....sold my 2000 ss vert with 6800 miles on it to build it but I paid cold hard painful cash for it as my car paid for it almost entirely. It stinks the car is gone but I will get another car and for now its nice to change the oil in the garage high and dry when its raining outside. Besides the then backup to my camaro isnt too shabby (70 chevelle in my new garage)

I know it's a mess. I have to clean up, big time. I was perfectly comfortable in the old house, but my wife found this and I agreed to move. It was owned by one of the auto dealers in town, and he kept his collection downstairs. You can have at least 7 projects going on at one time down there.
would you happen to have a floor plan for this?

Here's mine. We were limited to 900 square feet per the county but there is a 12' pad on the back so when nobody is looking I can expand. I have a floor drain on the two car side, water, heat, cable and phone. The second story is all storage. Picking a lift up this Saturday for the single car side. The wife named it the BFG, (use your imagination). Sorry, no inside picks.

Attached are some pics of a friends BFG. It's 24X58 and has 10 ceilings and a staircase to the man room upstairs. As you can tell by the one photo he is a Mopar guy. The last pic is of the landing at the botom of the stairs.

I don't have a pic of the entire shop, but you get the idea. 4500 sq. ft. Plus two floors of offices.

Really nothing special. It's just a single apartment garage.
