HATE IT!!! I posted something in someone else's car for sale thread and when I wanted to edit my post, it wanted me to enter "make/model/year/etc." I was like WTF?

Wow. A little over the top, perhaps? But it shows the passion about this issue.

What I can't believe is no response from the IB clowns. I gave them the benefit of the doubt over the weekend, figuring that for them (unfortunately) this is a job, and so it'll have to wait till Monday.

Now it's Monday night and still, no response. Nothing. Can't they hear that we're SCREAMING about this because we're PISSED?? Don't they understand that guys like us are the bread & butter of this site?

Looks like I won't be buying my next car off this site. Corvetteforum here I come until IB ***** it up too. Why should I have to do 3 separate searches instead of scrolling down to look at LSX powered cars. The only thing people bitch about is the search and IB goes and destroys the Classifieds. Now a lot of members and sponsors are about to lose their asses in sales.

I'm just glad I have finished almost all of my buying for the winter season. I have bought almost all of my parts from these boards and I can't stand to try and sift through all the bullshit clogging the classifieds now.

I can't believe either that a mod or admin hasn't chimed in here either.

What sucks is tax return time is upon us and it's a great time to buy and sell but everything has changed and is 1 big cluster. Big mistake on the mods part. Think of the post and hits in the next few months that they would have got and now how many they are going to lose if things aren't changed.

The mods didn't change the site. Internet Brands did.

I must say that I am sorely dissapointed with the way the classifieds have been changed. I've bought and sold a ton of items and cars on this site. Which totals to an amount easily in the five digit range. The current way the classifieds have been changed to has made it almost impossible for me to maintain my sales.

Searching through threads on my phone which is my current and only source of internet has become the single largest waste of time ever. If I click on something I find interesting I have to wait for it to load, then find out that it is not an LSx part, close it, and then wait for the main page to reload.

There were zero issues with the classified sections before and no reason other than adding the ebay ads to change it. From someone who supports his hobby by buying and selling parts through this site's classified section this is a giant blow.

I think the reformation time should have simply been placed in improving the current search feature's robustness and leaving the classifieds alone.

IB Adrian.... Join Date: 04-07-2008

That is who gets to decide what goes on around in.

Honestly if it isn't changed, I am going back to ls1.com.. I could care less, I already have 2,000+ posts there.. Never bought anything because I used tech.com. I will NOT buy parts... Only reason I log on is to bitch about this and see if it changed. If it doesn't my account will be inactive for a very long time.

Everything is all jumbled into one big classifieds, def needs to be separated into the LSx and Non-LS like before. I liked just browsing around in the LT1 section seeing what everyone had to sell, now I have to browse for hours just to find a few LT1 parts in all the mess. Fix this issue right away even if no others are fixed until later. But I do like area search bar!

because new companies these days will just do what they want since they have that consumer base set already. **** we're to dumb to walk away from the site doesnt help the cause either. then there's 160k+ members so if the 20 of us in thread left we would make a minimal impact to the site.
