keepsa sending me e-mails like every 5 minutes...I cant seem to make it stop...
I have gotten over 15 e-mails in the past hour

odd. turn off your subscription, either way it will stop.
if it continues, turn off the subscription, and then log out. clear your cookies manually. then log back in using a new browser window, and check your subscription settings again. if its still wrong, post up and Brains will have to look into it.

Subscription settings are stored in your profile on the server, not in the cookies 
(And I'd say just set it to No Email, shouldn't need to remove the subscription entirely...)
Check the headers on the emails, do they all have the same time that they were originally sent (not the time received), or different times?

dont know why it stopped..or what changed...maybe it was something on my wesite..like maybe they wee doing maintainence and it got caught in a loop or something...
anyways...it stopped now
