when you click on search, "advanced search" will be seen in two different places once the tab pops up. you need to click on the advanced search that is the upper one on the tab. the advanced search on the very bottom never has worked for me. however, i noticed this morning that the search wasn't working for me. i know how it is to not be able to find info. i use that search on a daily basis.
