Turbo TransAM, 75,000 miles, clean.... selling to buy house.
Well guys as most of you know i just got done putting my car together recently and love it but am now looking to get into a house. I really hate to sell my pride and joy but i need to take the responsible route and sell the toy.
Black 98 TransAM with ~75,000 miles on the body. The paint is great except for a small dimple in the hood. (will get pictures of that when the weather get nicer)
The car has a 5.3 LM7, 317 heads, Arp head bolts, comp 7.425 pushrods, 02 LS6 cam, ls6 intake, ported TB, Rollmast DR timing chain, ported ls6 oil pump, Front mount MasterPower T70 Turbo, FMIC, 9" posi 3.70's, RMVB th400 with Tbrake & 3000 stall & JW bellhousing & deep pan & TCI plexplate, Mickey Thompson tires all around, Summit rims, Wideband, boost guage, tranny temp guage, tranny cooler, dual catch cans, ratchet shifter, Alpine headunit sniper sub box mtx amp & sub, spoohn TQ arm & relocation bracket & DS safety loop, BMR lca's & panhard, umi 3 point SFC's, 60# injectors, dual intank walbros....
The car should be easily good for 10's.
The car put down 528hp and 491tq with a slipping stock 4l60E and single disk stall... I haven't dynoed it since the new th400 tranny. I will be taking it to the dyno in the near future, im expecting 600hp+....
I am looking to get $16,500 OBO.....
I have ALOT or reciepts for parts! Lots of $$$$$$$$$$$ in this car no bs offers! I attached a sheet with all the parts recipt dollar amounts.... it came to $16,341.44 in parts alone! (see attachment)
I might be willing into to trade+ $$$$ but really looking to just sell outright. Like i said im trying to get into a house.
I will get better pictures when the weather gets nicer... as its gonna snow the next few days, and there is 5" of snow on the ground already .

**** your telling me.... I love this car! Just need a house more than a toy right now... if i had another choice i wouldn't be selling it. This car means more than just money to me, i have wanted one ever since i can remember. But keeping the car just isn't an option right now.

AC is not on the car... i do still have all the AC stuff and the downpipe could easily be rerouted so you can run AC, I just always have the T-Tops off if its that nice out!
Looks like i might not have to sell the car to get into the house.... so i will be waiting a few weeks. I would really HATE to get rid of it unless i HAVE to... I will keep the thread updated as to wether or not im for sure gonna sell it or not, hopefully i dont have to, i love this car!

I may end up selling the car if cant get into this house I found... I have 7K to put down so it shouldn't be a problem but if they want more down then i may have to sell the TA, makes me feel sick thinking about it
I found the perfect house for me and the family.... 1800sq ft with basement, attached garage, shop that will fit 4 cars and still have room to work!
I will find out in the next few weeks wether or not i have to sell the toy to get the house.... House is more important than a car, and its easier to build another car than to try to find another house/shop like this one.
BUT HOPEFULLY I WONT HAVE TO SELL IT!!!!!
