I would put the exterior at 7/10, there is a scratch on the drivers door and bumper, also a small dimple in the hood, paint has the typical swirl marks of a car with this milage.
Interior is 7-8/10, cloth interior, power drivers seat, gray cloth, I have removed the insulation under the carpet. Center console has a crack in it on the drivers side.

not trying to be a dick but lemme get this straight your asking 4k for a car without a motor or trans and a chopped wiring harness. and the only add-ons are a weld in SFC and a chassis mount TA. and a fuel pump???
