UPDATE 11.02.10

sold

It functions like any GM A/C would thru GM PCM.

**EDIT** Videos posted below.

Pricing
Price is 29K OBO. I will also take 26K with stock brakes and Enkeis. I'm not interested in trades. The only exception I can think of for a trade is a 2004-2005 CTS-V plus cash for the FD. That is the car I will be looking at next.

**If you are much over 5'11" you might have to modify the roll bar or change seat for best seating fitment, as you can imagine putting a roll bar in a small car does not help seating room**

Several members have seen this car in person here and many on v8rx7forum. I am sure they would agree that the pictures do not do justice.

1993 RX-7 Base Model
96,000 miles on car.
~3,000 miles on engine.
~5,000 miles on trans.
50,000 miles on rear end.

Interior
Original black seats.
Complete black interior in great condition. Most panels have been replaced with new 93 or 94 style pieces.
6 pt black roll bar with door swing outs. Can remove door swing outs for street use, takes 5 seconds.
Lightweight battery in passenger side rear bin.
Corbeau seat harness. Can be installed or uninstalled easily.

Exterior
Black factory paint. The body is straight and headlight covers and bumper fitments are good and not tweaked. Just a few paint chips on the hood, pretty much not noticeable.
Nothing unexpected for 96K miles, other than that paint is in great condition.
R1 front lip.
All 4 fenders rolled and pulled for bigger tire fitment.
Inner fender plastics trimmed.
All else stock.
Bumper and headlights line up very well.

Engine - 485 rwhp, 425 rwft-lbs of torque on a dynojet.
2001 LS1 Built from ground up a year ago.
Trickflow 215 heads, milled.
Custom grind comp cam 236/244 .636”/.648” 113LSA +4 w/ less aggressive comp cams "SR" lobes for track.
Diamond 3.905 forged pistons.

1 7/8" long tube headers, ceramic coated.
True dual 2.5" exhaust, with an X pipe, and two resonators.
4" Cold Air Intake.
Fast 90 intake manifold, 90mm TB.
RX7 FD Oil Cooler.
3 QT Accusump system hidden in front bumper, electronic valves, connected to the ignition. Gauge under headlight.
http://www.accusump.com/
Earl's fittings and plumbing everywhere.
Aftermarket oil pan baffle for road racing/autox.
Hinson mounting hardware.
Corvette radiator w/ Taurus 2 speed fan connected thru PCM.
Bosch 044 fuel pump, braided fuel lines.
Tuned with HP Tuners, have 2 tunes street and track 13.2 and 12.2 A/F ratio respectivetly.
~10.90:1 compression.
Rings gapped for a decent nitrous shot.

Transmission
Fully built T56 with F-Body LS1 gearing.

Modified, beefier transmission Hinson mount.
Aluminum driveshaft.
4.10 FD torsen rear end with 50K miles on the pumpkin and everything in it.

Suspension/Wheels
CCW Classics 18x10.5 F, 18x11 R OR Enkei RPF1 18x9.5 and 18x10 (-$1000, meaning I will sell it for $1000 less with RPF1s than CCWs).
Hooser A6 EDIT: 295/30 F, 315/30 R tires (on CCWs) OR Bridgestone S02 285/30 tires (on RPF1s)

RX7store trailing arms.
Hinson bump steer kit.
Strut tower bar.

Electronics/Misc
http://www.aeroforcetech.com/products_interceptor.html
$600.00 Aeroforce interceptor gauges in factory HUD location instead of oil and temp gauge. They are connected to OBDII connector and display anything PCM reads, including the temp and oil pressure. 4 readings at one time, selectable at any time. They also have warning lights to use as a shift light, or low oil pressure light, etc, anything on the track. Reads and clears OBDII codes and does much more.
All factory gauges working properly, speedo converted with Dakota Digital.
HID Hi/Low motorized headlights with Vision X ballasts w/lifetime warranty (not installed but will come with the car, 1 bad relay)
Alpine DVD Player.
Maval true manual steering rack.
OBDII Connector plugged into Aeroforce gauges under glove box.
A/C system is 100% complete functions like factory.
Viper Alarm.
Factory Alarm (lol).
Custom fit car cover.
Custom sunshield.

Potential/Possible Setups/Tips
Powerwise a "StreetSweeper" cam with XR lobes will get you to 500 RWHP on motor. It it worth to get aggressive lobes for 15 peak rwhp? Not to me.
I would not be scared to spray this with a 250 shot, besides for the differential.
The most optimal tire/wheel setup I can think of would be the CCWs with 295 in the front and 295 or a 305 in the rear (depending on brand) with 25" ride height all around. This tire setup was next on my list, but the car sits and I couldn't even use up the old tires.

Car is located in Wilmington, NC. I'm sure I am forgetting some small things..let me know if you have any questions.

She is a sleeper until you crank her up..

Went to track this weekend on NT01 275/35R18 tires.. CAR IS FAST! I will have videos posted within a few days.

Here are the videos from CMP last weekend.

Excuse the horrible camera angle and quality..
Inside view:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Jmy7P6kOpg
Windshield view:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awYrFaEq7LY

Tires 275/35R18 NT01s on all 4. I usually shift at around 6000 unless I'm really trying to lay down some good time, rev limiter is at 7200.

Amazing FD... I'm very curious where you hid the 3qt Accusump, I'm currently toying with ideas for fitment in my LSx FD.

I think we'd all agree, this is built how everyone wishes theirs was built. GLWS!
