2000 Camaro SS, Hard Top, M6, in PA
Year: 2000
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Price: $7500
Mileage: 97800
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): PA
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine
The car has developed some knock. The car was sold and suppose to be picked up on Saturday March 5. I went out and started the car. I took it out and noticed after a few minutes my oil pressure had dropped. I limped the car home and noticed the knocking. I started the car today and I have normal oil pressure but still having knock. I will entertain offers for the car as I really do not have the money to dive into this thing.
I am really not sure what to ask for, I see a lot of 'rollers' going between 3000-4000 with varying degrees of parts and condition. The exterior and interior are still in excellent shape, nothing has changed there. This is some sort of freak thing that happened to me and I would just like to be rid of it. I will not low ball myself, I have been thorough in clear in all of my explanations.

Asking $7500, I believe this is fair. NO TRADES.

Mods:
-Pacesetter LT's
-Texas Speed ORY
-Magnaflow Cat Back
-MTI Carbon Fiber Lid
-!AIR
-!EGR
-Ported Stock TB
-LS6 Intake
-LS6 PCV System
-Powdered coated valve covers, coil brackets, tb and maf
-Aftermarket Headlights of some sort
-Pioneer Head Unit with ipod adapter wired into the glovebox
-Clutch has was replaced two years ago, has no more than 5000 miles on it, probably closer to 3000.
Only negatives I can think of are
-Header Bolt Broken off, should still be enough stick out to get it out but this does not effect performance.
-A few knicks and scratches, one scuff which can be buffed out, random road paint splatter, most of it is gone
-Typical wear and tear on 100k mile car
Mechanically this car is sound, only thing I have had to replace is the clutch. I got it dynoed at Harris Speed Works in Warrington Pa a few years ago they said it ran great. She dynoed at 350/350 before the ls6 intake. So I would imagine it has somewhere near 365/365. I have personally never tracked the car, you can believe me if you want but I have never even done a burn out in this car.
More recent pics, taken about two weeks ago.
You either have 7500 or you do not. I do not care if you want to build a roller and do not need the engine, buy a shell. I do not care if you are coming from another state. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to come up with the money and means to move the car. I am willing to help anyway I can, but I will not take less because YOU need to ship it. If you blow me off once you are done, I do not care if you turn around and offer me 8000, you are done. I have wasted entirely too much time with some of you.

Bump it up, got some interest but no cash. On a positive note I was able to remove most of the road paint, there is just a little underneath now. You can not see it unless you are underneath the car.

You make me an offer! I know what I want for the car, I priced it below blue book value and I just sold my jetta so at the moment I do not have as much pressure to sell it. I would be more the willing to work with you, pick you up from the airport, etc.
I have gotten a lot of interest but a lot of low ***** and time wasters as well. I've had people ready to hand me cash and then they decide they need to do something else. I just do not have the time and patience to deal with that crap right now. Lets put it this way guys, if you do not receive a response from me I am probably insulted by your offer. Happy holidays!

Bump, someone with a 317 area code called me and left a message. I tried to return your call but it would not go through. I appreciate all the interest guys, I have a feeling the car will be sold soon.

Guys, I've seen the car in person and was actually going to help him install a set of heads and a cam this spring until he decided to sell the car. It's in very good condition.
I think $7500 is a steal for the car and if it were me, I would have listed it for closer to $9000, but that's just me.
