To keep it short there's 86k chassis, 15k on a fresh ford racing 4v (2005 build date on side of block i can show), 7qt canton RR pan, filter relocation, over $6k in chassis upgrades with full Maximum Motorsports Max Grip setup w/ torque arm setup etc, upgraded hypercoil 450# race springs, kenny brown jacking rails and chassis matrix, autopower RR cage w/camera mount. Brembo Gran Turismo brakes, 13" slotted cadmium rotors, Simpson harnesses, Konig adjustable race seats, FR500 wheel, Steeda race pedals, raptor shiftlight. MSW elbow, Spec 2 clutch, Pro 5.0/MSW and 3:73s...american thunder catback and o/r h. Custom Ruff 278s, literally brand new nitto invos.
Sorry I don't really have a f/s thread typed up and theres ALOT of stuff I can go into detail on. All paperwork, certification etc.
It's insanely clean underneath..por15 on all chassis parts

I'll just spare you the novel for now. Car still runs 13.5 @ 105 fwiw...should be nuts with this t-trim. Just always had a thing for NBM ws6s and was supposed to get a firehawk near identical to yours before I picked up this current.
I would be willing to put up to $5k ontop of this.

No worries. The car is animalistic in the corners and is a real head turner. There really isn't any 'issue'; its just been more of a personal thing. I had built my 94 over 5+ yrs and loved it but I was always torn two ways.
A: I had wanted a black WS6 ls1 car since I first saw one in 9th grade. I ended up buying a black lt1 m6 car to park next to my mustang; but it started taking away the attention of my mustang badly and I had much more time and $ vested in the stang. So I offed the car and banked the $.
B: I am a vette guy 150% at heart. My father had a 1969 L46 stingray vert since new. I've been the vette freak that couldn't afford one. I had originally parted ways with my 94 to get into a c5 as I was already way over my head financially in it and I wanted to go bigger (stroker + blower + stock block = no no heh) and decided I'd rather put it towards a corvette. Well the economy and my job of 4+ yrs took a dump and I was out of work with no car a week after selling it.
C. Looked at 4 c5s after scraping what I could to get into one. Realized people wanted top $ for junk; decided maybe I couldn't afford what I wanted (which is sad as I was willing to spend like 15-17k...today maybe it'd be better?). I feel back on my WS6 desires. I originally had planned to buy a NBM firehawk off a board member here..unfortunately he turned into a huge flake and just fell off the earth/stopped answering and returning calls. Idk if it ever sold. I think he was hiding something. Tried to buy a red WS6 from florida..tried to send a deposit and he sold it out from under me. Looked at an LS6 swapped ws6 that ended up being a turd with the buyer not even budging $10 when it had 4 BALD tires amongst other issues. I mean I couldn't even get them titled full slick bald. Unspoken damage etc.
SO, in disgust and defeat I ended up going back to the mustang camp having found a car that was stupidly clean knowing the block's capabilities (skirted 6 bolt teskid...1400hp) and figured I could go bigger this round with a drop top ( a huge issue with my stang is I hate hardtops...otherwise Id want nothing short of a z06). So you get what you see here. I'm still collecting parts and such but I feel like I'm running in circles since my red car and it was more of a compromise to what I wanted.
I spent 5 yrs building mustangs and designing parts/ retro efi stuff for Dynatek Racing/Dynaformance and even though its near in my blood now; its not quite where my heart is at. The car is 110% and the mod list is staggering in the cool details. I will likely create a well done F/S ad and continue on anyhow if someone grabs it along the way.
Sorry for the novel but you asked![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
(Also after owning the black t/a idk if I can do it again haha...love the NBM and SOM cars)

Thanks! Just videos of my old one. I've yet to install this one; sorry if I wasn't clear in that. Within the month its going on however pending I continue ownership. I'll link you my red car if you'd like even though that's of no relevance heh.
