I went through several e mails and phone conversations with the seller. I eventually told him I'd give him the price he offered the car to me for. I offered to send a deposit,he said no need that my word was good enough for him and to consider the car sold and that he would park it until I came to pick it up. I bought a plane ticket to fly out and drive the car home. The next morning he e mailed me and said the truck he was looking at back out so he didnt want to sell the car anymore. I explained to him that we had a confirmed deal on both ends and the transaction was already in progress. He is not cooperating and is set that the car is not for sale anymore. This is not a good way to do business!!!!!!!

Goes to prove - always get it in writing. Seller's prerogative trumps in many states anyway, even with a contract. ALWAYS get it in writing, any pro should know this. Sorry to hear about this, seller will take a bath on this if karma is real.

lol we never had any kind of agreement, i told him i would hold the car if he wanted it, then told him not even an hour after that, the car wasn't for sale, theres 2 sides to every story fella, don't be a douche and jump to conclusion...
