There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car as it was inspected by North California Auto Group( a sponsor) before buying it and I had performed a whole check up on the car at the local Chevy dealership. They replaced the trunk seal, lock button and insulated the lower shift boot. I just had the tires replaced today with Nitto 555's. The car idles and rides very nice for a large cam. It was street driven for 200 miles or so since I bought it.
The past owner of the car is a well known LS1tech experienced member who spent time and money and had done a marvelous job on the car as a whole. He has kept it clean and waxed from the interior to the exterior and the engine bay.
Only flaws:
1 inch crack on the windshield
Rear spoiler has very minor scuffing and 4 tiny holes that were drilled for a RS spoiler.
Airbag light. It was checked at the dealer and the passenger airbag is not functioning. NOTE: the car had never NOT been hit and the airbag never did pop. (The parts will be included for the buyer as I recently had bought them and dint put them in, Passenger Airbag and Module)
And also included with the car is a 2 inch thick file full of receipt and papers since the past owner had owned it
14,500 OBO and the car is in Missoula, Montana.

To be fair, it was up by me for that time, and this gentleman bought it from me. Saddens me to see it up for sale again, but AGAIN, someone is gonna get a great deal on it.
I'd like to add that the tune is as conservative as my tuner could make it. We were NOT going for max power with the tune, but instead max driveability. The motor has more in it with an aggressive tune and higher octane. It is a FULLY built and forged motor and has 12:1 compression.

Such a well done all around car. So many people focus on just the appearance, or the interior, or the performance. But this thing, just looking at those seats makes me feel comfortable. Doesn't seem like anything was overlooked or done halfway.
