Default FS: 10 sec 2006 C6Z06 in TX (E85)

Year: 2006
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Corvette
Price: $44000
Mileage: 36000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): TX
Color: Silver
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

I have been debating this for a while now and figured I'd throw it out there to see if anyone is interested. I am the 2nd owner of the car, bought from Boardwalk Chevrolet when original owner traded the car in for a ZR1. Car has a clean title and is located in Houston, TX area.

The car does have 1 accident filed against it. All parts were repaired and replace with OEM parts and fixed by Richey Collision Center in Houston, TX who specialize in Corvettes. The front bumper and fender were damaged. Nothing but cosmetics.

Car:
2006 C6Z06
36,xxx miles
2LZ with NAV, HUD, and memory seats
Machine Silver exterior
Black interior w/ silver bolsters

Modifications: (all have less than 2000 miles)
Forged Mahle flat top Pistons
Ring gap 24-28 for nitrous
Stock forged rods (pinned)
Stock forged crank (polished)
Clevite bearings
ARP rod, main, flywheel, and head bolts
WCCH 13.8:1 high compression heads
Bronze valve guides (intake and exhaust)
Rev SS exhaust valves
Dual Extreme valve spring kit
Stock Ti Intake valves
GM OEM MLS head gaskets
QM Black Widow revised cam
FAST 102 intake manifold (painted silver and ported by QM)
NW 102 TB
Halltech Killer Bee II air intake
83# short body injectors for E85
Kenne Bell Boost-a-pump
Firecore50 spark plugs wires
Optima red top battery
NGK TR55 (gapped at .027)
American Racing 1 7/8" headers (no cats)
Stock exhaust w/ muffler mod and mild2wild
McLeod RXT twin disc clutch and remote bleed
Hurst short throw shifter
GM full width spoiler (painted silver)
Stock wheels
General Exclaim UHP fronts 275/35/18 (80% tread)
Nitto NT05R rears 345/30/19 (50% tread)

The car was just tuned on a Mustang Dynometer and made 546 rwhp/509 rwtq w/ E70. Mustang dyno's tend to read lower, but are better for tuning. Car is tuned for 11.5:1 AFR which is fairly rich, but the car only made ~5whp more with 12.5:1 so we opted for the safety of more fuel. The car is an E85 setup with this kind of compression. In order to run pump, the car would need thicker head gaskets to bump the compression down and then a re-tune, but this car is no longer my daily driver so I appreciate the cooling capabilities of the E85 along with the knock retardant characteristics of E85.

I have not had the car to the track with this new setup, but the old setup which made 545/505 on a Dynojet went 10.6 @ 132 with the stock clutch and a 1.70 60' on the NT05R tires. The new setup should be capable of low-mid 10 sec passes all motor with an average joe driver.

Any questions about car, please send a PM.

Price: $44k

Recent detail video of car (kind of cheesy), but the paint, interior, etc...were all recently cleaned up.

Also, willing to sell as a roller for $33k.

I would just remove the engine and performance upgrades and leave everything else, all wiring, accessories, suspension, transmission, interior, etc...
