2001 SLP SS Camaro - LS6 w/ Tick T56 - Moser 12 Bolt - Firehawk Wheels
Year: 2001
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Price: $8500
Mileage: 154000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): NC
Color: Beige
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
Up for sale is a very nice 2001 SLP Alpine White SS with Ebony leather interior. Motor was freshened up 2,000 miles ago with a set of 243 heads, .650 dual springs, .614 lift custom grind Comp Cam, brand new LS6 oil pump, brand new LS2 timing chain, brand new GM LS7 lifters, hardened pushrods and all new GM gaskets. Car has SLP long tube ceramic coated headers, SLP lid, SLP strut brace (not pictured), SLP lower control arms, SLP subframe connectors, and SLP torque arm. Exhaust is a full chambered GMMG. Rear is a fresh 35 spline Moser 12 bolt with 4.30 gears and a lightweight spool. Rear currently has LT1 brakes because they were needed to clear the Billet Specialties. I probably have a set of LS1 brakes that I can throw in with the car if wanted. Trans was just rebuilt with a Tick 2 kit and installed a new Centerforce clutch at the same time. Also has a new line lock and rear ABS delete kit. Car is pictured with Billet Specialties but they were sold over the weekend and now has a set of Firehawks on it (I'll try to get updated pictures on Monday or Tuesday). There's a lot more to the car that I'm leaving out but for the sake of simplicity above are the important points. Also has all new speakers throughout and tweeters in the door panels. Windows are all tinted pretty dark...somewhere around 15%.
As for the bad, the passenger door has some rash on the lower rear corner from being opened into a curb and the driver seat bottom is torn. Other than that the car is pretty damn nice.
Asking $8,500 with stock wheels and rear or $10,000 as it sits. I go through quite a few of the cars and had really planned to keep this one but it doesn't get driven like it needs to be.
I will entertain trades but I really am just looking to free up some space as I have 3 other Trans Am's sitting beside the Camaro that are currently getting parted out.
More current pics and video to come shortly.

Here is the only video I have of the car. It was taken last week while before I sold the Billet Specialties.

Previous owner ran an 11.6 on a set of 28" MT's. No dyno numbers but I would have guess in the 415rwhp area. I will pay for the new owner to have the car dyno tuned at RPM in Garner.

I've had the car for probably around 6 months or so. I did a couple small things and put the Moser rear in the car since I've owned it. Realized if I did what i wanted with the car that I was going to sink a bunch a money into it (Moser rears aren't cheap!!!) and figured I would just enjoy the car as is. It doesn't get driven as much as it should so it's time to go. The previous owner is local (about an hour from Raleigh) and did all engine work less than 2,000 miles before I got it. If anyone is serious about the car I can get him in touch to verify all that was done.

^Thanks, Part of me wants to keep it as I love white F-body's but putting money back into a shop is on the top of the priority list so clearing out some toys to make that happen.

Rears were 295/50R15 MT ET Streets. Fronts were 165's. Stance is dead nuts where I wanted it to be.....however that aggressive look was lost with the Firehawks all the way around. But last guy to look at the car said he would but it with the Firehawks so I swapped them out...

^Thanks...me too as I really would like to have a 4L80 car but I gotta do what will be best for my bank account. As for the previous ebay listing...the ebay ***** cancelled the listing and forced a relist, so here is the new listing.
