Default 1968 Pontiac Firebird

I have just completed this restoration and am already dreaming of my next project. Car has 300 miles on it so far. Everything on this car is re-built or new. No expense was spared, so here we go:
-1998 stock LS1, re-built, new bearings, rings etc. Had approx. 40,000 miles on it before re-build.
-1998 t56 transmission, gone through, new input shaft, seals and gaskets.
-new stock clutch, new slave and master.
-custom driveshaft.
-stock 10 bolt diff. New 3:73 richmond gears and auburn posi, new bearings, seals, brake shoes, wheel cylinders, brake cables, etc.
-front disc brake conversion with new master and brake booster. All new brake lines, etc.
-Hotkis (SP) 2 inch front lowering springs, re-arched stock rear leaf springs. KYB shocks all around. All new front end parts. Professionally aligned.
-car is completely re-wired using a 12 circuit painless wiring fuse panel. Stock 1998 harness and computer. VATS by-pass box and stock computer program. Sumped gas tank, Walboro inline fuel pump and corvette filter.
-Interior was completely re-done in stock white with black carpet. New seat covers, carpet, headliner, all kinds of misc peices. $5000 spent here alone.
-300 man hours in body. new floor pans, trunk pan, quarter panels, hood and 1 fender. Car has never been hit and is straight (better than factory)
-colour is copper with gold in the clear, I do have paint code.
-all exterior trim is new or cleaned.
-17" American Racing Hopster rims with 225/45R17 and 275/45R17 Sumitomo tires. Rims and tires are new.

I am located in Toronto, Canada.
Asking, $38,000 Canadian
I can deliver anywhere, trailered of course.
Car drives like a new car and is the center of attention at almost every car show. I have discovered that I like building these cars and grow tired of them quickly once completed. I have approx. 1700 pictures of re-build and can e-mail them to anyone interested.

Thanks for looking,
Ryan

The car looks sharp looks brand new. You have it worked on or you self maintain it?

I self maintain it. I did everything myself except for the paint and the headliner. It was a very fun and challenging project. Thanks for the compliments!

Is this car still available? If so, please e-mail me any additional pics that you have to trevor@texas-speed.com, along with your bottom dollar.

Where did you get the headers? I'm building a 67 with an LS1 and a 6 speed tranny out of a 98 camaro.

Not headers at all, stock manifolds that I painted from a 98 firebird. Good luck with your conversion. Lots of work.
