Just saying, a friend of mine bought a stock '03 EB z06 with 9,000 miles on it for your exact price, 27,500, 2 months ago. Another friend bought his '02 blk on blk z06 with your exact milage for 18,900 3 weeks ago.

Goodluck anyway thou man!

That's why it says price is negotiable, sounds like your buddies got a great deal. Black on black is the most common z06 as well, worth less.

These prices are very common as of late, and are going down everyday...good luck on your sale though live - the car does look good.

It's a little depressing the way the market is now. I bought the car when it was worth 29-30k and now I'm basically trying to GIVE it away for 26..... crazy!

KBB values are dependant on where you live as well, for my zip code it is around 24.5k.

AS I said before the price is negotiable, KBB doesn't account for extra's with the car and rarity of color etc......

Looks like you're in the same boat as I was. I was trying to sell my 2002 NBM Camaro SS with 30,000 miles for $15,000 and I didn't get 1 bite. Good luck with the sale.

Problem is, KBB values are garbage right now, they are WAY to high, and no C5's I have seen are selling for near what KBB has listed, If you want to follow a guide you would need to get your hands on the dealer "black book" which I am sure looking at would be fairly depressing for anyone who bought a luxury car 2 years ago.

Also, having an EB, Black, MY, Red C5's will not add any extra your the value, with so many Vette for sale there is really no such this as a rare color; with one exception...Speedway White, which seems to be adding 3-5K to sell prices, not to mention SW Z's are basically the only Z's selling.

You must be a dealer talking about the black book. The black book is exactly what you said, a book the dealers go by meaning that is what they would buy your car from you for then turn around and sell it to make 5gs on your car. Then again what do I know I have only been buying cars and selling them for 5 years and have allready sold more cars than you will own your lifetime.
