WIN A 2004 GTO *RAFFLE* -good cause-
As some of you know, I am a strength and conditioning consultant for athletes.
I have a high school athlete that I am trying to raise a scholarship for. Great kid, loves football, doesn't have size to get a D1 Scholarship and will be playing at a D2 or D3 school...which means no scholarship.
I'd like to raise about 15-20,000 dollars for the scholarship.
The car will be paid off. I will sign over title to the person who wins...the drawing will be videotaped and posted on the forums, so will the scholarship presentation.
1000 raffle tickets @ $50.00 for 1 or $80.00 for 2.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, please email me so I can put together a list:

hmm, not to be mean, but something sounds fishy.
If it is going to be paid off why not just sell the gto, and get a good amount of it, im sure you can still get near 20g..
Just a question not accusing..

He's not my kid...I'm trying to think of creative ways to raise a scholarship. I have sold signs around my gym and put the money towards the scholarship....I thought this would be a fun way to do it.

I'm pretty sure he's using the ticket money to buy the GTO, which will then be given to the winner. That would leave him with around $20,000 left. I don't think he already has the GTO.

I've had my barbados blue m6 gto since september. I'm still starting a scholarship fund, but i guess for the raffle to go down I'd have to look into the legalities of it all. But that means the winner has to pay tax on it...
