I would really like to get out from my car payments for a bit to catch up on my new house payments so here goes.
1999 Pontiac Formula 1SC that I bought brand new
M6 with Hurst shifter(no longer have)
ttops
power windows, seat, doorlocks, rear defogger.
cloth interior.
$14,500 OBO.
Now, so far I have done the following;
Exterior
Custom 2tone paint with handlaid pinstriped and decals layered under clearcoat. GM red with Moonstone Metallic 2 tone.
Reflective "Pontiac" lettering in rear bumper
"Formula" carbonfiber side logos decals
Almost no orange peel left on this car except for the lower rockers.
Boyd Coddington Timeless 5's 17x9.5" wheels polished with 275/40/17 tires. Rears are almost new and fronts will need replacing by the end of the season.
Painted headlight trim
Performance
ASP pulley
LS1 Solutions lid
Breathless maf ends
Egr delete with no codes
Pacesetter long tubes with off road ypipe
Rear o2s edited out
NGK TR55s with Taylor wires
Handported heads with Patriot complete dual springs kit(properly heat cycled), LS6 valves, shorter Comp p-rods
GM hotcam(had it in there for LONG time...yes I know there are many better cams out there)
Double roller timing chain
Ported TBryne LS6 oil pump
D&D rebuilt tranny with upgraded internals
Mcloed single disc clutch(fresh rebuild not even 3 months ago)
Adjustable master with a rebuild done end of last summer
New rear end with axle tubes and housing done about 2 years ago and no track time since(warranty paid since my buddy worked at the dealership-preventive replacement)
B&B Tri Flo exhaust with 4" oval single tips.
Custom G-load brace that clears the exhaust and doenst scrape
Ran a best of 12.67@110 with a 1.97 short time with Hotcam and Macs at the time. No dyno since longtubes and heads.
This car passed Wisconsin emmisions with no cats and no codes thrown at all. Almost all work was done by myself or 2 trusted friends, 1 that works at a GM dealership and the other at a local shop. The only real things I could think of that it needs is new shocks and an alignment/tire balance(I havent done it this year).
Pro5.0 shifter with Lou's original short stick.
I do have the stock manifold and egr equipment.
Suspension
BMR powdercoated red STB
BMR aphr
BMR lcas (poly/Poly)
Eibach prokit 1.5" drop
Poly end links for front/rear sway bars
BMR welded subframe connectors
