Alright guys, I hate to do it, but it's time to let the WS6 go to a new home. I can't believe I'm selling it! I just don't feel like I'm giving it the life it deserves. This car was made to drive and I just don't do it anymore.
I'vea year and a half now and I might have put 6,000 miles on it in that time. It's been out of storage for 3 months now and I don't think I've put 800 miles on it. I work my *** off every weekend to wash and wax it.....but I never take advantage of it being clean to drive it. [
] It's only seen about a month of 1 winter it's entire life. That was when I bought it and didn't have a DD. Before I got it and as soon as I bought a DD, it never even saw rain. You can really tell this car hasn't seen much of the elements. The underside is extremely clean as well.
I really want this to go to a good home because it's been a GREAT car for me. I've loved every minute of had it for a bout it! However, I think I'm going to get out of the whole modding scene for a bit to recover what savings I used to have. [

It has brand new Nitto tires front and back. I replaced the front and rear brakes about 3,000 miles ago. The rear main seal was replaced when I put the clutch in. The typical oil leak around the back of the intake was taken care of right before I got it. It does leave a couple drops of oil on the ground every now and then. I'm pretty sure it's the oil pan gasket. It is not a bad leak though. I never have to add oil between oil changes. There are no issues with the Opti as it and the water pump were also replaced right before I got it. The fuel pump went out on the previous owner a couple months before I got it and that was replaced as well.
As you can tell, everything that normally goes wrong with these cars went wrong with the previous owner. He was even more maticulous than I am. However, he didn't have the automotive knowledge I do so all of the repairs were done at Pontiac dealerships. I have all of his maintanance records as well as mine in a folder that I can give to whoever buys it.
It show's typical wear for an almost 10 year old car. There are a few rock chips here and there. The only part of the car that has an extreme blemish is on the passenger side door. It was there when I got it and I have NO idea what in teh world caused it. It's a scratch about an inch long by a half inch wide. It'sw hard to explain but I hardly ever notice it. There is also a scratch on the passenger side window that can't be polished out. Other than those two things, the car is perfect!!
Now to what you're probably waiting for. Low retail value on this car is $10,600. High retail is $15,500 according to NADA. [:o] I think they are being a little too nice.
My asking price, which I believe is very reasonable is $9,000obo.
Here are some pics.

That is a damn nice car, I think these are one of the nicest fbodies, right along with the ls1 firehawks etc. Did you have it tuned with all those mods? And was 104 your best mph? With those mods, I would think maybe that trap speed would be higher, though 13.3 certainly ain't too bad at all. I am sure she will sell quickly, I know I would buy it if I wasn't looking for a 02 Z06 or 99 C5 coupe! Just wondering too, how many clicks on the car?

Thanks for the kind words. 104 is the highest trap I ever got. I didn't take it to the track all that much. Also, this was the first manual car I've every owned so I learned a lot about driving them in this car. I'm sure it could do better at the track, but my schedule doesn't allow me much time to get there.
It has a mail order tune from Ion at MadZ28. Also, it's sitting at 75,832 miles right now.

Not sold. I thought I was going to keep it, but it's got to go. I've used up all of my savings trying to keep it. I need to free up some of my income though. Anyone with a firm offer of $9k takes it.
