Hate to sell the car that I ALWAYS wanted and FINALLY got, but it's time for a family car of the 4-door variety (just married!).
Body is in pretty good condition, considering both bumpers are new (two 1/16" rock chips on front). A small ding on right rear 1/4 panel above tire (size of a quarter). Car is in pretty good shape considering the age. I think the car is worth $10-11k with the few mods and the wheels, and especially the warranty. Buy worry free, anything breaks, $100 fixes it!
- V8 LS1 5.7L Engine (rated at 305hp)
- 4-Speed Automatic
- 92k miles with a transferable WARRANTY. Warranty has 8k miles or 22 months left with a $100 deductible. This is a $3k bonus!
- P/L, P/W, P/M.
- Rear and side windows tinted
- Dark gray leather interior in good condition (a repair on drivers seat)
- Just had the car serviced (master brake cylinder flush, resurfaced rear rotors, power steering flush, brakes are all 40% as of 5/6/06)
- Gray Fender Stripe (high grade vinyl).
18” Polished C6 Corvette Wheels (reproductions, not OEM GM wheels):
o 18x8.5” with 265/35 on front

- Still under warranty (until 100k and will transfer to new owner)
- Replaced driver’s side window regulator and motor 03/06
Clean Title, Comes with a copy of the CarFax Vehicle History Report:
o Began it’s life in Michigan where it was a Fleet Vehicle
o In 99, became a dealer car in Illinois
o Registered later in 99 as a dealer car in Texas
o Brought to Los Altos, CA 11/20/00 passing CA Emissions/Safety
o Been in CA ever since, and I am the second Registered Owner
Only thing wrong with the car is the lid that covers the trunk has one broken tab. Still rests in place, but you can’t see it due to the tint.
Car still gets an average of 20.3 mpg

Don't sell YOUR car man, you'll regret it, get HER the 4 door. If you can't afford that, how will you ever afford kids???
Besides in a few years the kids will fit perfect in the back seat and you'll have the best of both worlds.

well, mind's pretty much already made up unfortunately. i teach phys. ed. and coach soccer as well, and it's been interesting trying to get my equipment in/out of the car!

well, at this rate I might have the car for another month, although I hope not. I will gather some additional pics of engine and interior when I clean her up. $8k is a bit on the low side though...but we shall see....
