2002 Camaro SS - 5,409 miles! - Custom 1-off wheels, QTPs, show winner, more!
Okay, it is time for me to pass this gem of a car onto someone else.
Here's the scoop, get ready for this...
I am putting my prized 2002 Camaro SS up for sale.
Most of the details are here on my personal site about it:
http://www.phantomss.com/camaro/
Not mentioned...has a Hooker Aerochamber muffler, Bilstein shocks and clear corners...I forgot to add them to the site. There might be a couple of other minor details not mentioned, nothing major.
It is loaded T-tops, 6-speed, power everything, Monsoon, factory CD changer, leather, etc. Factory LS6 block (allegedly), LS6 intake, valve covers never removed.
Window sticker:

(Doesn't mention the "factory" Blackwing lid)
Photo Gallery:

(NOTE: IE users may have to click reload if they get a blank screen. Bug in the gallery system!)
This is one of those cars that looks even better in person than in pics.
So why am I selling it? I have a new Camaro project planned.
Some items to note...
Yes, it only has 5,409 miles on it. It still smells new inside. There are very few 4th gen Camaros left with those miles or lower. There are also very few that are this clean. It is a two time Camaro Superfest 1st place winner and has been babied from day one. It has seen rain 3 times. Twice on the way to Bowling Green for the f-body bash, and once on the way to the Woodward Dream Cruise last weekend where it was picked by Chevrolet to be in their display.
The wheels are prototypes of my design, fully forged, strong as hell and currently the only ones on the planet. The amount of looks and comments I get on them is incredible. The wheels and tires (BFG G-Force KD) only have about ~1,900 miles on them, almost all highway, no track use at all. Not even a burnout.
Post about the wheels:
http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?t=373147
The brakes on all 4 corners are Z06 brakes, even the rear.
It has been on the dyno twice and most recently dyno'd at 349 at the tire on a MUSTANG dyno, NOT a dynojet. I have the sheets that will go with the car.
It has tons of MBA products under the hood and in the interior on it.
http://www.phantomss.com/camaro/mba/index.shtml
It also has an MBA cruise control cover, which only a few exist.
The QTP headers and stainless CME have been on for about 1,500 miles.

This car starts like it just came off the showroom floor & runs awesome. How can it not? It is a blast to drive because it hauls *** and handles awesomely. It has a killer exahust rumble, sounds mean as hell at WOT but cruises quietly when needed. Not to mention, it looks like no other Camaro on the road. If you have seen this car in person, you already know what I am talking about. I have original window sticker, 2nd SLP sticker, factory floormats, SLP SS floormats, SLP SS car cover, etc. that all go with it.
I also have some extra items such as the original chome 10-spoke wheels and tires (~3,500 miles on them), original CME, extra parts that I bought but never installed that can go with the car if the right deal is made.
$24,000
Serious offers will get serious replies. Feel free to PM or e-mail me.
Buyer must arrange transportation outside of Michigan.

Thanks for he nice words, everyone.
Right now I want to focus on the sale of the car and other details like that. If I wind up with it after the car is sold, we will post about it.
I have a few ideas floating around, and I'll just wait until I zero in on one. Got no worries, in no hurry.
Yeah, me and the wife will almost definitely be there. Tell ya what...bring your checkbook and you can just drive my car home.

Some people wanted shots of the interior, so I ran out to the garage and took some quick ones:
http://www.phantomss.com/gallery/index.php?list=22
(Again, IE users may need to reload if they get a blank screen, there is a bug in the gallery software)
It is amazing how a camera flash will pick up every piece of dust and lint.
