Guys and girl, I am offering up my 1980 Turbo 301 Trans Am Bandit Edition. I bought the not running (ESC Distributor was bad) and not knowing what it was really.....I was just thinking LS1 swap. Anyhow I get the car home and was pleasantly surprised it was turbo'd and all still there. Anyhow, it has 53k miles and is in excellent shape for its age. Ther is NO rust on this car as it has always been a TN car. I have all the documentation a person would ever want on the car (build sheet, service records, manual and appendix, sales papers and a notarized mileage statement). I really cannot say enough about the car. It is all original in the pictures other than the wheels but will be sold with the original gold turbo wheels. What parts that have been changed on the car, I have the originals.
Options:
all power inside, cruise, clock(still works) WS6 with 4 wheel disc brakes,
Interior:
Deluxe black cloth, dash, was original with the gold guage bezel and shifter plate.
Exterior:
Black paint, car was painted in 1993. The is supposed to have the gold birds and pinstripe but when it was painted the painter ruined the decal set.
Problems:
The front lower grilles are deteriorating, the front bumper was backed into by the previous owners wife. It is not cracked but has paint flake. The esc computer cover on the console is busted, i have it still but it does not stay in its holder. Lastly, the car needs a heater core. I have a NOS GM unit that I am currently installing. I have turned that into a year project.
Anyhow the price on the car is 8500. I will get some GOOD pictures of it by this weekend. You cannot really appreciate this car without looking at it for yourself. It would make a NICE starter project car or just a super clean unrestored driver. Please feel free to ask any questions. Below are pictures of it when i just installed the ZR1 wheels on it. Currently is has late model WS6 17x9 wheels on it.
