I think you should just try to sell it for thew 15,000 get rid of the "taking over my payment" stuff. It makes the sale sound fishy even though it isn't.

You basically want someone to pay you what you owe so you can get your bank off your back correct?

Saying take over my payments just seems to fishy. No one would ever take over someones payments, they would get there own loan and their own payments.
