Thanks y'all.

Yeah KP, I think it's a really good price for someone. Good thing is I'm not forced to sell, it just feels like the right time to step away from racing. Of course if I still have the car, I'll continue to run the points series that I'm in.

I didnt realize you had that small of a camshaft in there, really running well for that sized cam and compression. It would cost twice as much to build easily and you cant get many clean low 9 second any kind of cars for that kind of money.

I'm in the same boat, I'd like to sell but I would miss it I think, even though right now the car makes a good storage shelf more then anything

Yeah it's not anything crazy and everything seems to work well together. Couple that with not spinning it over 7000rpm and it should live a long time.

Thanks for compliment.

I'm not so sure after everything I've spent and done to the car I'd call it relative simplicity. I guess anyone who has invested over $60k in a 4 1/2 year period on something like this just puts it into different terms.

haha, i'm not in anyway saying it's EASY... i'm just saying that an factory iron block, hydraulic cam, a glide, and a big shot - the car's performance is extremely impressive.

the intake is pretty trick though.

I hear ya. No offense taken. You're right about it not being easy. If that was the case, everyone would be doing it.

I've had a great run with this car. Now it's time to move on.
