Custom black Ford "Lightning" FS

This truck was custom built by myself and the staff at my shop. I bought it three years ago, we took ay ear to build it, and I'ts been my DD for the past 2 years. I bought it with damage and a bad title, but the damage was limited to the cab, perfect frame, and it ran and drove perfect. We fixed it with a new cab from a 97 F150 Flareside (looked just like a L) so it has a clean title (1997) and has never had any filler or collision repair on it. It currently has 57K miles on it.
The only thing from the 97 we used was the shell of the cab itself, everything else is from the 2002 Llightning. Everything down to every last wire, ground strap, HVAC, column, etc. I am a powertrain professor for Ford ASSET and GM ASEP, everything was done correctly and works as it should, down to the keyless entry and door keypad entry. There are no lights on in the dash and no funny noises or leaks of any kind.
While it was apart the entire cab from the roof to the floor was covered in Dynamat Extreme. While th etruck is rather loud outside, it is very quiet inside and you dont have to raise your voice to talk.
Mechanical mods include: 4lb lower pulley, SVT monoblade TB, PCV catch can (uses no oil) electric fan conversion, air intake and MAF upgrade, Magnaflow exhaust (2 cats)driveshaft safety loop, Dyno tune by JAke @ LaMotta's Performance(388RWHP)
Cosmetic upgrades include: Chrome Street Scenes upper and lower grilles, MAch 1 style shaker hood (functional), bed steps, grill shell, and rear window surround all smoothed and painted BC/CC black to match the exterior. It gives a very clean, slick look. Street Scenes rear urethane roll pan and hidden tow hitch, Center console/bucket seat mod which involves having the console from an expedition upholstered in the same material as the SVT black inserts on the seats, then havng the passenger seat trimmed and reupholstered to remove the split bench section so it has two true buckets.
Also inside it has a 6 disc in dash changer from a 2002 GT Mustang. The rear storage/factory CD changer assy behind the rear seat has been removed for more interior room, but I still have it and I will include it.
The wheels are replicas of the factory 2002 Lightning wheels except chrome and 20" the tires are 295/40/20 and are about seven months old. The springs are Eibach in the front, and DJM drop kit in the back, and it has a Wicked customs notch with bumpstop, so it can ride this low without bottoming out, but still haul some weight.
I have been driving it everyday without the slightest glitch for the past 2 years and 30K miles, I am selling it because I never have time to do anything fun anymore, and this is just getting chipped up and dirty from driving it every day. I'm going to buy a crew cab work truck that wont bother me when someone bumps it in a parking lot.
I'll sell it for $8800 as is, and include a bunch of spare parts I have left over from the build.
Here it is last week being shot for the 2010 BBR calendar

what extra parts do you have for it? how many miles on the title? was the 97 a v8 or v6 truck (just wondering for insurance and what not)? would it make the trip up to MD without any problems? how firm is your price?

I have an extra pair of stock 02 wheels, some brake and suspension parts, interior and exterior trim... This truck has had most of the exterior trim replaced when it was built so it looks very new, new weatherstripping, etc.
97 V6 Sportside. It costs me 420 a year for full coverage, and 100K/200K liability.
and it's faster than my wife's LS6 Corvette w/ LTs.
I just listed it last night, so it's firm for now. For the trip it's a used vehicle so anything could happen, but I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. We took it to Memphis last October. The photoshoot above was at West Palm Beach Raceway last weekend (7 hour round trip) although it has never been down a dragstrip, I did make a hot lap around the road course since we had the place to ourselves for the day![Driving](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_driving3.gif)
Firefighting- What cab and what mileage?
